What if the hair tie breaks?

FIERCE BOWS® uses only Goody® elastic hair ties and each one is tested before it is attached to the bow.  We cannot warranty that the hair tie will not break in the future, but if it does, you can return the bow back to us and we will repair it for you.  You will be responsible for shipping.  All Fierce Bows are meant to be worn as an accessory in an already secured ponytail.


How do I know the colors will match?

If you are trying to color match and item, it is strongly suggested that you purchase a sample first, as colors can appear different on different devices (computer monitors, tablets, phones, etc.). Ask about color swatches and options before you place your order as color names can vary widely. Fierce Bows® is not responsible for incorrect color matching if a customer does not order a sample or swatch first.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order.  Current production time is 10-14 business days, then the order ships.


What is production time?

Production time is expected time it will take to make and ship your order. Production time is not the same as estimated arrival time. Our current production time is 10-14 business days.


Can I track my order?

Our orders ship via USPS and tracking numbers are provided on the evening your order ships. You can find your tracking information in your account or the shipping conformation email.


Can I add more bows or change the order I have already placed?

Each order is processed individually and once in the system can not be modified. A new order would need to be placed.


Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping?

No, item cannot be picked up.


Do you have a location where I can come shop?

Unfortunately, we do not have a brick and mortar location, so all items must be purchased online.  However, we do travel to various shows, gyms, and competitions where you can purchase from FIERCE BOWS® in person.


I'm not ready to order, can you hold my items?

Unfortunately, we do not hold items.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship orders through the United States Postal Service or FedEx
