Refunds and Exchanges
All items are made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship or the item is not as described. Email your concern and a photograph of the defect to email@example.com. Notification of a problem must occur within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If a return/exchange is warranted, once the item is received by Fierce Bows in its original and unworn condition, a refund of the purchase price, less shipping will be issued. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you are trying to color match an item, it is strongly suggested that you purchase a sample first, as colors can appear different on different devices (computer monitors, tablets, phones etc.) Fierce Bows® is not responsible for incorrect color matching if a customer does not order a sample or swatch first.
For custom orders, please read the item description to ensure you are getting what you want. We make your custom items per the description. All custom order sales are final.Items returned/refused without a return authorization will be subject to restocking fee of 20%.
