Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. production time (time to make the bows) is 10-14 business days (M-F), then the order ships. If you need items by a specific date, please contact us first to ensure we can accommodate that date.

Our orders ship via USPS or FedEx and tracking numbers are provided on the evening your order ships. You can view you scheduled ship date in Your Account - Purchases.

Please verify the correct shipping address prior to purchase. We are not responsible for items not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If an address needs to be changed after the purchase, the original order will be cancelled so you can provide a corrected address on a new order. 

We are not responsible for any errors or delays made by the USPS or FedEx. If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to repay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again. Items returned/refused without a return authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for any additional international tax, customs or duties (i.e VAT). All international shipments are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Fierce Bows has no control over those fees and they are the buyer's responsibility of delivery. We cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless they are indeed gifts and noted as such in the "order notes" section at checkout. Therefore, you will be charged customs taxes on the items you purchase from us.
